Instructions for entering your information.
House Number-Please enter your house number and any letters such as 230A
A/C – Account Ref, this is found on your invoice on top right (beneath Order No)
Day/Standard– Please enter your meter reading. If there is only one number on the meter, enter it here. If you have a day/night meter (which means you will have two meter readings on the face of the meter) (enter the “Normal” reading under day. Please only enter the numbers up to the decimal placing. If your number starts with a zero, exclude the zero when entering the number
Night – Enter the “low” reading under the night. If you have 4 lines use the Day for Line 1, Night for Line 2 and Line 3 for Line 3 and Gas for Line 4.
Line 3 – Ignore unless you have 3 lines
Gas Meter– If you have a gas meter enter the number here, exclude any numbers that are in the red or after the decimal placing. If your number starts with a zero, exclude the zero when entering the number
