NFD's Gas and Oil division was set up to take maximise the cost savings achieved by bulk buying stock. A percentage of these savings are passed on to our customers.

Bottled Gas Deposits

All customers who are supplied with Bottled Gas by NFD at the Park need to be aware that the actual bottles belong to NFD.
NFD has a contractual arrangement for the site with S & D Harper and that whilst individual customers own the gas contained within the Gas Bottle, they do not own the actual Gas Bottle casing.

When any property on the Park that is supplied with Bottled Gas by NFD changes ownership, this arrangement needs to be made clear to the new owner.

If, at any time a Park resident wishes to change Gas supplier, their existing Gas Bottles need to be returned to NFD and they need to negotiate a new Bottle deposit with their new supplier.
