Emergency
An emergency exists when there is a threat to life or of significant damage to property that requires immediate attention.
If there is imminent or actual danger to human life, dial the Emergency Services on 999. The nearest public phonebox is at the Phoenix Shop.
GAS
If you can smell gas, telephone 0800111999. Also inform the Park Services Manager or Holiday Park Office (Tel 01309 690203) immediately, giving as much detail as possible. Out of office hours ring the Duty Warden on 07708408397
ELECTRICITY
If you there is a dangerous electrical fault anywhere on the Park, inform the Park Services Manager or Holiday Park Office (Tel 01309 690203) immediately, giving as much detail as possible. Out of office hours ring the Duty Warden on 07708408397
WATER
If there is a substantial water leak anywhere on the Park, inform the Park Services Manager or Holiday Park Office (Tel 01309 690203) immediately, giving as much detail as possible. Out of office hours ring the Duty Warden on 07708408397
